Elle magazine has announced their Women in Hollywood honorees via their November 2015 covers: Ava DuVernay, Dakota Johnson, Carey Mulligan, Salma Hayek, Gena Rowlands, Amy Schumer, Alicia Vikander, and Kate Winslet!
Here’s what the ladies had to share with the mag:
Dakota, on making her Fifty Shades character funny: “I needed Anastasia to be funny. If you can’t laugh during a movie like that, you’re fucked. Literally. You need to have something that everyone can relate to.”
Kate, on Titanic‘s hectic film schedule: “We all got pretty exhausted—but the stunt people seemed to have an impossible supply of energy. And for the dancing scenes, the dressing rooms were like a cabaret!”
Amy, on LeBron James saying ‘yes’ to Trainwreck: “When LeBron [James] said yes, I was shocked. Then when he showed up, he could not have been cooler. It was insane.”
